Legal Professionals Partner Program
Partner certification
The Thomson Reuters Legal Professionals Partner Program helps 3E and ProLaw Implementation Partners excel by offering comprehensive certification programs. By successfully completing the mandatory training and certification exams, certified 3E and ProLaw Implementation Partners demonstrate the highest level of knowledge and expertise, their commitment to our mutual clients, and a willingness to collaborate at the deepest levels.
3E certification
Implementation Partners achieve 3E certification at the company level. Partner companies become certified when 100% of client-facing staff have completed comprehensive training and testing.
The two levels of 3E certification are:
- 3E Application Certification: 100% of a partner’s client-facing staff have successfully passed a written exam and a hands-on certification exam in 3E Invoice Management, 3E Accounts Payable, and 3E General Ledger. This requires a 90% passing grade. Preparation for the certification exam consists of attending a 3E Application Boot Camp training which is 120 hours of classroom instruction, with an additional 12 hours of required post Boot Camp eLearning. Partners are required to re-certify as an annual process or in-line with major 3E enhancement releases.
- 3E IDE/Technical Certification: 100% of a partner’s client-facing staff have successfully completed 32 hours of classroom instruction in the 3E Integrated Development Environment (IDE) as well as successfully passed a written exam and a hands-on certification exam. This requires a 90% passing grade.
