PAID DELEGATE ATTENDEES:
As part of conference registration, Thomson Reuters is pleased to cover two (2) nights hotel room (including resort fee and taxes) at the Ritz-Carlton. Our default guest room nights are Wednesday, January 17 and Thursday, January 18, 2024. Guests wishing to extend their stay may submit arrival and departure dates during online checkout. All additional nights are billed to each guest by the hotel.

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island issues confirmation emails once your reservation is processed.

Please be advised, our negotiated group guest room rate ($349/night plus room, tax, and resort fees) is valid from Tuesday, January 16 until Saturday, January 20. Inventory is extremely limited on shoulder nights and subject to availability.

FACULTY & SPONSORS:
Faculty and sponsors are responsible for securing their hotel accommodations. Interested parties may either book their room online or call the hotel directly at (904) 277-1100 to secure the “Thomson Reuters Marketing Partner Forum” guest room rate ($349/night plus room, tax, and resort fees). You will be asked to provide a credit card when booking your room.

Please be advised, our negotiated group guest room rate is valid from Tuesday, January 16 until Saturday, January 20. Inventory is extremely limited on shoulder nights and subject to availability.

All reservations must be received by Friday, December 22, 2023.

Online Reservations

HOTEL CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY:
Reservations must be cancelled/modified seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to arrival are subject to penalties. No-shows will be charged the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation.

TRAVEL & DIRECTIONS:
Terranea Resort is located 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
